Fureverlasting Terms and Conditions
At Fureverlasting, we are committed to providing exceptional service and care for you and your furry friend. These terms and conditions outline our policies regarding bookings, cancellations, payments, liability, and guarantees to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties.
1. Booking Confirmation and Deposits
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit guarantees your date and our services.
- The deposit must be processed within 48 hours of the payment link being sent. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the date will be released and made available for another couple to book.
- The remainder of the payment is due two weeks prior to the wedding date.
- For last-minute bookings made within 14 days of the wedding date, a 10% last-minute booking surcharge will apply. Full payment is required upfront for these bookings and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
2. Cancellation Policy
- The 20% deposit is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
- Cancellations within one month of the wedding date: Full payment will be retained.
- Cancellations for last-minute bookings (within 14 days of the wedding date): Full payment is retained.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the unlikely event of the passing of the dog or a member of the couple, the deposit or full payment will be refunded in full.
3. Money-Back Guarantee
We are so confident in the exceptional quality of our services that we offer a full money-back guarantee if you are unhappy with our service on the day of your event. Your satisfaction and your dog’s happiness are our top priorities, and we are committed to ensuring you feel confident and cared for when choosing us for your special day.
4. Liability and Insurance
- Fureverlasting holds third-party public liability insurance to cover incidents that may occur under our care during the event. While we take every precaution to ensure your dog’s safety and well-being, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen medical conditions, injuries, or incidents that occur due to factors beyond our control, such as pre-existing health issues or environmental factors.
- In the event of any injury or illness during our care, we will act promptly, including seeking veterinary assistance if required. Any associated costs will be the responsibility of the dog’s owner unless the incident is directly caused by our negligence.
5. Dog Compliance and Limitations of Responsibility
At Fureverlasting, your dog’s well-being and safety are our top priorities. We take every measure to ensure your dog feels comfortable and secure, using positive, calming techniques to help them adjust and participate. However, if a dog refuses to comply (e.g., will not get into our vehicle, shows aggression when being handled, or displays extreme stress), or if we were not made aware of specific behavioral concerns that compromise safety, we may need to terminate the service.
While we will always do our best to work with your dog and adapt to their needs, their comfort and our team’s safety must come first. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Additionally, Fureverlasting is not liable for any incidents involving the dog that occur outside of our direct care or control. For example, if the dog escapes or is injured due to improper containment or interactions with other animals outside of our supervision, we cannot accept responsibility. If the dog displays behavioral issues, such as aggression or extreme anxiety, that pose a risk to their safety or the safety of others, we reserve the right to adjust our services or terminate the booking.
6. Travel Fees
Travel fees are calculated based on the distance from our base location to your event venue. These fees will be clearly outlined in your initial quote. If travel locations are changed after the booking is confirmed, the travel fee may be adjusted accordingly. For long-distance travel, additional fees such as accommodation may apply and will be discussed in advance.
7. Additional Handlers
For certain situations, such as handling large breeds, multiple dogs, or dogs requiring extra care and attention, we may require an additional handler to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone involved. This will incur an additional fee, which will be communicated during the booking process. Our priority is to provide the best possible care for your dog while maintaining a safe environment for both your pet and our team.
8. Weather Conditions and Adjustments
At Fureverlasting, we understand that weather conditions can sometimes be unpredictable. If the initial plan for your dog’s participation is impacted by unsuitable weather, we will do our best to adjust and make it work. This may include meeting in an undercover area for photos or finding alternative ways to involve your dog in the day where possible. While we will make every effort to adapt to the conditions, the safety and well-being of your dog will always remain our top priority.
9. Force Majeure
Fureverlasting is not liable for cancellations, disruptions, or delays caused by events beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to work with you to reschedule your booking where possible. However, refunds may not be issued under these circumstances.
10. Photography and Content Release
By booking with Fureverlasting, you grant us permission to take photos and videos of your dog during the event for use in social media, marketing, and promotional materials. These images and videos may be shared on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and our website to showcase our services.
We understand and respect your privacy, so if you prefer not to have your dog’s photos or videos shared publicly, please let us know in writing prior to the event, and we will honor your request.
11. Transparency and Commitment
At Fureverlasting, we pride ourselves on being honest, communicative, and transparent in everything we do. Our commitment to you includes:
- Open Communication: We promise to keep you informed at every step of the process, from booking to the big day, ensuring clarity and confidence in our services.
